Slype offers both video and text comunication.  I used both to communicate with [daughter], who is AN HONOR STUDENT and can read!

WHAT is thsi obsession with RESTRICTING communication and contact with this child and all and any OTHER people?

You are NOT doing right by this child.  She needs to be allowed to call her mother.

[webcam software] chat is NOT an option for use with [daughter].  How my [webcam software] chat works is that it loads ALL previous communications.  It was showing your past threats, insinuations and hostile communications.  For example:

It also contained older texts such as her glasses, texts about transportation to [other state] etc.  she should not be privy to these communications per the order.

By continuing to chat via [webcam software] knowing that she is reading and or aware of the communication, you are ignoring [daughter]’s right to be free from the on goings of litigations and strife.  I have ensured to keep [daughter] unaware of these issues at home here but it is clear that you and your attorney [Ex’s fourth other state lawyer] have other ideas.  And for the record, I am very curious as to how you and your attorney thought it was acceptable to have him introduced to [daughter] directly as “[daughter]’s Lawyer” is beyond me.
