I see [The Ex]filed for divorce and Judge [Judge in Other State] lost the draw/was assigned the case
[The Ex’s Current Husband] might need a good lawyer?
LOL

[Custodial Dad],

The petition is attached.  [The Ex]filed it but has not issued a summons.  They are probably going to do a simplified divorce.

Note how they were together less than 2 months; she was separated between the 2nd and 3rd trial days.  Their separation has lasted almost ten times as long as the marriage!  It makes me wonder whether she was intending to use her marriage to [The Ex’s Current Husband] solely for the purpose of showing that she had a father figure to replace you.  If that was her intent it just shows how absolutely clueless she and her “legal team” were.  Pathetic.

She is taking back her maiden name.  So now she will have a different name from her daughter.  I have only rarely seen that happen.  Most women will keep the same last name as the child when the child is young.  More insight into what makes [The Ex]tick.

Very truly yours,

I thought as much!  The payment is appreciated.  Any update on the job prospect?  I’m pulling for you.

Give my regards to [Step Mother].  Is she the one keeping tabs on [The Ex]?  Speaking of, I have another case right now with [The Ex’s other state lawyer], and according to her, [The Ex]is telling anyone who will listen to her that all of the lawyers and judges in [county in other state]County are corrupt and/or incompetent.  Of course they would have to be because they did not recognize [The Ex]’s innate truthfulness and forthright nature.

Very truly yours,
