Because you failed to refrain from contacting [Step Mother], you were blocked from contacting her through her personal address only.
As evidenced by my emails to you and your emails to me, you are not blocked from contacting “[Custodial Dad’s home email]@[email].com” - our family and home email address.

To quote the order, I may “consult” with you on parental decisions but because you do not communicate well with me, I have the authority to make any and all decisions without your input.
[Step Mother] has never requested to attend mediations.
She has complete and full access to [Custodial Dad’s home email] email address as explained multiple times to you. She requested that you refrain from using her personal email address.
This is again becoming redundant. You have a means to reach both [Step Mother] and myself if necessary.
That is all

You accuse everyone, [Custodial Dad]: Did your attorney lie- now [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] is a liar? Who is next>
Please notify your attorney that ONLY YOU will attend mediation then.
GET your money together.
Book flight and attend.

No one is saying [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] lied at all. [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] and his legal secretary are tending to the legal issues that need to be addressed. I have confidence that they will handle this accordingly and do not need to waste time and energy on the back and forth with you. Sorry.
