[Custodial Dad],
YOu are missing the point...I want time with [DAUGHTER], my daughter.
PLEASDE PLEASE PLEASE
I will work around you and your family... YOU send ME the dates and times and I will work from there.
[home town therapist]? Who said anything about that? I have seperate time with him and everyone else.
But thanks for offereing to help me schedule with [home town therapist].
(His office is NEAR impossible to get on the phone!)
[daughter] mentioned time with Rateka, Chyenne and Nayana from last year/camp/ childhood. Need some numbers, Dad? Or are you “capable” of getting those numbers yourself, Whout an eight year old being responisble for it- shame on you...
PLEASE GET into a PARENT circle with the friends
SHE chooses and
PLEASE GET the NUMBERS for her to call
She wants to set up time with them to come to your house with her to play... Make it happen. She needs to have a social life of her choice. NOT YOUR CHOICE. Respect the child’s wishes and EXPRESSED DETAILS for contact with her peers.
Thhhhanks.

Actually, what are the specific dates you will be in [home state], I would like to work with you and Dr. [home town therapist] to achieve this in the very near future.
Thanks.

Please respond to the multiple attempts I have made and my attorney has made to address your lack of sharing [daughter]’s time with me or her Grandmother, aunt, [home town] Friends, etc.\
It is not enough to say you “didn’t have the phone number.”
That is a difficult defense you attempt.
I will be in town for business in Septemeber, October and November. The year is 2010.
I am AGAIN requestion that you organize time for [daughter] to have with me.
I have asked you to let me kow the possible dates and times so I may detail my itenariry with [daughter] as the first priority.
I need not say more.
Reply immeditely. You are frustrating contact. This action is withholding child’s time. Let the emails serve as history of my request. Let the LACK of email from you addresig yielding the child’s time to Mom and moms family serve as your refusal to address- ignoring requests.
This is against the child’s right to time with others, especially Mom.
But, you hav an ottorney to tell you that. I can’t imagine [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] has advised you to continue with this time denial and claim that you do not have phone numbers- oh and the numbers you have are DISCONNECTED. My, it’s denial - outright. Please change this trend and correctly act in [daughter]’s interest.
God Bless.
