Per your conversation with [Step Mother], you stated [daughter]’s open house was yesterday evening.  You also stated that you had a mailing of material including the information regarding the Open House.  [Step Mother] mentioned you were going to [webcam software] with us and the Principal; however I understand that you were probably unable to do so, but some information regarding the ongoings would be wonderful.
I would also like to hear from [daughter] this evening if that might be arranged
