Thanks for letter.
Please reply to my emails and remove block to our communication for [daughter].
I’ll be in town this week.
I want [daughter]to have time with me.  I want [daughter] from Friday after school through return to school and I will take her to school on return day.
I want to have her in my care next week upon my arrival and I want to be responisble for takin her to school and from school the remainder of the week.
I want to have [daughter] the following week and be responsible for her care.
We can arrange time for you to have time with her in  between my time as I will only be there for part of the month of September.
What is your time schedule for this request?
I will pay all travel expences, of course.  [daughter] will be in school each day. You can always go in and meet with her for lunch on the days I have her.
I want her to share time with me from probably September 2nd, 2010 through September 12,
2010.  I would pick up from school on the first day of shared time.
I would bring her back to you on the eve of 9/12.
You may have her back on September 12.
I will be in her school next week, as I schedule with staff.
I asked you for time in email last week.  I asked for your response by midnight last night.
No response,. No text response.

This is an additional attempt to share time for [daughter].
Please do not frustrate this process.  Please work with me to have [daughter] have time with Mom.
You refused to allow [daughter] to have time with Granny this weekend.
Granny called.  You did not respond.  You did not address my request for the same; weekend with Granny, as I emailed you last week.  Granny called your phones.
It appears that you are witholding [daughter]’s time from Granny and Mom.
We are offereing to do all pick up & drop off and pay all expenses- so there is no cost to you.
Why are you making these decisions?  Please explain.
[The Ex]
