[Custodial Dad],
You have not paid us anything for the flight money we have put out over a month ago.
You are in contempt of the court order to pay half.
I have asked you many times and you do not respond.
Now, [Ex’s fourth other state lawyer] has to take legal action to get the money from you.
It is a CONTEMPT of COURT charge.
Relying on the sanction you scammed?
Hope not... you owe us money.
Lots of it.
Our legal teams are making ALL actions to get it so check your mail. My Mom is owed, too.
I am asking you - pleaing with you to JUST PAY WHAT YOU OWE- Its about $300 dollars.
Otherwise you frustrate this court order and you are in violation, by LAW.
Make good decisions, [Custodial Dad]. It’s time.

Please, please SEND ME A COPY as it was not attached. An exact receipt would be perfect. I understand you stated you sent it but I am asking you AGAIN, to send it to me. If you need to, please send it through your attorney but in the end, I am asking for a receipt as your statement as to cost is “about $300.”
What sanction? Do you mean the attorney’s fees awarded due to your misconduct and frustration at trial? I assure you, Judge [Other State Judge] was not scammed. It was rightfully awarded and I will collect in due time until then, I will send payment for her transportation, as was ordered, once I receive a receipt.
I will promptly pay once I receive an actual receipt as I have seat assignments and nothing more.
Thank you.
