Hi [The Ex];
I just spoke with our local pediatrician and dentist. It was suggested that we put [daughter] on “visiting patient status” for the times that she is in our care. By doing so, in case of emergency/illness, she would have professionals already up to speed on her history and we could have her seen in office as opposed to in an ER.

If you wouldn’t mind either forwarding her dentist/doctor information to me and we can obtain the files or if you have access to her complete files, we could use a full copy of both
