Hi, [Custodial Dad] and [Step Mother].
Got your parenting plan and I think we can work out an agreement.
Before option of trial, we can still have mediation at about 60 dollars or so -if you want... ASAP for the holidays including Halloween- just a month away.
Freely, I can send you our parenting plan to edit/ revise/ comment on- and we can figure things out.
I went to the Sandcastles class and most parents take the route of geting their ideas together and then sharing and agreeing as best as they can. It can work.
Many get over the past and look with hope good situations for all the children. We can, too.
I focus on the positives from the summer and the love that was shared with [daughter].
Can we go from there?
Let me know.
Thanks.

Until you are comfortable sharing [daughter]’s home address and home phone, there is no real room for negotiation. The latest two numbers you are using are “borrowed” and don’t seem to be a direct connection to [daughter].
I’m in the midst of unraveling all the roadblocks you put in place regards [daughter]’s schooling and health care (information/paperwork/etc) despite your best efforts.
I am worried about your mental stability and [daughter]’s well being and unless you undergo psychological testing there is no room for discussion. We will simply let the judge decide how best to proceed.
I am very uncomfortable discussing anything with you after the fiasco and false allegations this summer. I and my wife made a good faith attempt and again you manipulated the situation and placed my entire family in an uncomfortable and chaotic situation with still no apology.
[Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] and [Ex’s second other state lawyer] should handle all paperwork and details going forward.

Hi [Custodial Dad] and [Step Mother],
Saw [sibling] last night- he is so cute and looks so healthy. We are glad for him after such tough medical issues. [daughter] is so in love with him- and the crew of course.
Appreciate your willingness to work on paretning plan. That is the last item we need to settle on. Sure we caould all use funds for the kids joys than for trial. The end result is the same and I.m sure at this juncture we can agree on something.
I will send what I have this week to you.
Will you be able to have [daughter] for Halloween? How would you like to handle that holiday?... let me know.
Thanks,
[The Ex]

Halloween is open for you all.
Let me know.
[daughter] has plans to be a Native American :)
FYI, I requested mediation for our settlement.
It is about 100 dollare for us as opposed to trial fees.
Hope you can consider.
Let me know.
Thanks,
[The Ex]

[The Ex];
I think [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] sent you a letter in regards to mediation and I am in agreement with [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer]’s sentiments. You stated you were sending me your parenting plan which is something we can agree to prior to trial but trial is very definitely inevitable.
Thanks for your consideration;
