I am requesting the opportunity to pick up [daughter] from school (if trial is over and/or [daughter] is at school) on Tuesday November 10. I am also requesting to keep her Tuesday through Wednesday since school is closed.
I will make sure [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] and your latest attorney gets a copy of my request. Depending on what happens at trial, this may be a moot point but I’d like to make a formal request anyway.
What happened with Halloween? You asked if I wanted [daughter] and there was no mention or acknowledgement of my acceptance of your offer.
Thanks

[Custodial Dad],
You texted me that you would see me Feb 4th.
Please clarify.
Are you planning to vist [daughter].
Otherwise, I certainly cannot understand why you would make that statement.
Please reply clearly explaining your message about Feb 4.
Thanks.
