[daughter] just left and we are headed back home and I wanted to thank you immensly for allowing this visit to take place.  It was beyond a happy moment for the entire family.  We were able to take a picture of her and her family and I would be grateful if you would give her the copy I am mailing to her.  I adored and will treasure the presents and picture!
As always you may let [daughter] call me at her convience, if it would make your life easier I could send a children’s phone for her to use at my expense.  Just let me know if that is acceptable.

I will be in town later on the 24th (I believe it MAY be too late in the evening for [daughter] to visit, however; may be a phone call???) and then all day on the 25th I have left a message for [visitation site superviser] [visitation site superviser] regards my visiting with my daughter and wish to/can/will make appropriate lunch and/or dinner arrangements for an extended visit that day.... please advise me on her favored menu...
