This letter is to determine the best possible time(s) for my visitation on the 19th.
[Second visitation Supervisor] has graciously accepted to be (your requested) supervisor again ... however her available time is pre 6PM and I am busy until about 3/3:30 but no later then 4PM that day. I was told there is a Bowling Alley near the Baseball Stadium and that can be our meet up area.
Breakfast the next morning would be very possible as well as long as it does not interrupt [daughter]s’ school day

~ Time is that quality of nature which keeps events from happening all at once. Lately it doesn’t seem to be working.

[Custodial Dad],
If you are interested in the bowling [bowling alley in other state] Lanes [street in other state] [city in other state], [other state] [zip code] Phone: ([XXX]) [phone number]. is not too far. If it helps I could probably move my 6 back a little to 6:30. Just let me know.

-I so very appreciate your flex-ability --- my appointment may be over as early as 2:45/3pm and I believe [daughter] might be available that early as well

Would you have the name or address of the Bowling Alley? Also would you be available breakfast time (6:30/7am) the 20th?

I’m scheduled to be in session until 8:30 p.m the 20th but it is questionable. If so, breakfast at 6:30 wouldn’t be possible. I will know Monday the 17th one way or another. If you need to make plans before then, I would need to say no.

As of [The Ex]s last e-mail I guess she was in touch with you directly. I will see you outside of the same [resturant] as last visit at or near to 4pm, thank you..
Also there is a diner named [resturant]s that [The Ex] said we can have some breakfast at on the 20th (per your availability) at about 9am for an hour, thank you again

[Custodial Dad],
Yes she called me. As I explained to her, I can be available up to 6:30--I’ll push my 6:00 appointment back a bit, but I was hoping we could meet closer to the office so you could spend more time with your daughter and less on my travel. Is that not possible? I also explained that I have a 10 a.m. appointment on Thursday—Unless we meet near my office, I can not do breakfast at 9 a.m. As I mentioned to [The Ex], I could be available after the 10 a.m. appointment until 2 p.m.
