Hi, [Custodial Dad].
I am happy we could set up this web-cam session. I think it is a good option.
I’m sure [daughter] will delight in the web-chat(!) this morning at 8AM.
Hope your little guys will be there to say hello to [daughter].
I understand that you were not able to enlarge [daughter]’s artwork and schoolwork I sent you.
From a tech consult, I understood that digital images would be easier to get and send
(up-loads from phones to computers, etc.).
I will gladly try to e-mail pictures , if you can get those images well, Let me know.
For now, I will have [daughter] show you her work on the web chat this morning.
I will then follow up with a package or e-mailed samples early this week,
including the packet for next Sunday’s web chat.
[daughter]’s work sent to you is for you to share with Grand-ma and keep.
We will be off to church with [daughter]’s classmates at 8:30AM.
I will have her dressed and ready to go, so you can have as much time on-line until then.
We/You can add/change chat schedules as we need to- as we go.
For now, I think this will be a good time slot.
Kind regards to Mrs. [last name] and your children.
[daughter] will see you at 8!
Enjoy!

I am heartbroken that I can not attend the webcam chat, had I known prior to this morning, we could have made alternate arrangements. I am asking to please, PLEASE schedule something for tomorrow as I am returning very late this evening. I am of course available to speak with her on the telephone this morning at 8 am - my cell phone number is ([XXX]) [xxx] - 5480.
I can not do things with little to no notice, I apologize for the inconvenience, however the schedule must be mutually convenient and scheduled in advance so I can plan appropriately. Again, had I known we would have made suitable arrangements. Please advise of a different schedule hopefully within the next day or two. My suggestion has been in the EVENING HOURS at 7:45 pm unless that interferes with [daughter]’s bedtime. Morning chats are not acceptable due to my schedule unfortunately (HOWEVER next Sunday I can make arrangements for an 8 am chat!)
I am glad to be receiving art work and school work for [daughter], like I mentioned in my previous email - please email me here any images and pictures. Thank you for coordinating this and I am truly sorry that I can not be in attendance. Again, please have [daughter] call me on my cell phone at 8 am as a substitution.

Hi, [Custodial Dad].
I understand from your e-mail just now
that you will not be able to web-cam
today at 8AM, as scheduled with you in [daughter]’s call to you last Sunday(3/30/08).
Let’s just stick to e-mail for future scheduling. OK?
I can have [daughter] call your cell phone around 8:15AM.
No worries. [daughter] will understand the change in format. It’s OK.
For next week(4/13/08), I will have [daughter] available for web cam at 8:00AM on Sunday.
Please let me know by Friday if you will not be available.
We can plan to have breakfast out instead.
( I’ve told [daughter]... she sends “hugs and kisses” to the [home state] home crew!)
Thanks much.
God Bless.

As evidenced by several emails this week alone, I had no idea what time nor day to expect the Web chat with [daughter]. I did not speak with you at all on Sunday and [daughter]’s only mention was “this week” which I emailed you several times for clarification. Please do not use [daughter] as a go between as email is fine to firm up plans.
I sat waiting from 8:10, when I recieved your email stating the 8:15 call time. I did call the only number I have available and left a message. The message basically stated that [daughter] should be free to call me after church, I will have my cell on all day.
As stated previously, next Sunday at 8 am is fine. I will be using the [email] id [userid].

Again, it appears your cell phone has a faulty battery. May I kindly suggest either charging it fully before calling or investing in a portable charger. I of course appreciate chats with [daughter] however limited and short they may be at the present time. Thank you for allowing her to speak with me albeit briefly this morning.
