I asked very direct and specific questions which you failed to adress; please review and respond at your earliest convenience.
Please be aware I am at work and calling three times is neither reasonable nor practial.  I also thought we agreed to stick to email due to your most recent incident?
Finally, I do have time set aside to speak to Ms. [therapist in other state] and will proceed (or not) based on that conversation.  [daughter], of course, is my utmost priority and will do my best to nurture her through this process as much as you will allow.
