Please set a weekend in August for me to have time with [daughter].
     
Also, please set two weekends, including any long weekends, for me to have time with [daughter] in September.

Please refrain from making this complicated by mixing your feelings about time share with the child’s right to have time with both parents.
Please send your response promptly and please cooperate.
If the court or [Ex’s fourth other state lawyer] has to help with this, the costs are very expensive.  I’d rather be putting money aside for [daughter]’s care.
