I am writing with sincere concern for my daughter.
[daughter] spoke with me on Tuesday, August 24th circa 6pm.[daughter] has not spoken with me all day yesterday and again not today.
I understand that you are all home on “vacation” together and that she is with you.
I have NO text response from you all.
I have no contact with anyone in charge of her care.
We have a missed a phone call for y[direction]erday, as court ordered.
You are in violation again on this.
Except the trend is different today... you have been at least texting if you ar to miss a call for the past few days.
No text from you.
No call from you.
Just like last year when you were to be at the house for my visit with [daughter] and you were not there.
I did a police welfare check at that time.
I will be calling again.
You will be called on both phones.
You are responsible to have [daughter] be in contact with me.
You are responisble for taking her to the doctor for that cough.
She is to start school on Monday.
She is to be there prepared with her supplies. A folder is not “supplies” for school.
Get it together and make the call to Mom.
[Ex’s fourth other state lawyer] has been called.
Your attorney will be contacted to manage this lack of compliance.
I do not trust you with [daughter].
I do not trust [spelled incorrectly Step Mother] with [daughter].
You restricting contact is of serious concern.
