I’m sorry but did you call us at Sunday at 7PM and our phone not log a missed call or voicemail?
Or is the text function on your phone no longer an option? Because we did contact you via text and [webcam software] on Sunday night at 7:08PM acknowledged via text by you 10PM that evening.
When [daughter] was with you, never mind 2005-2009 but for the 30+ days before she moved to [home state], I had ZERO contact. Maybe you forgot that part?
This is becoming redundant and I will not address this further.
Take care.

How sad that you should record in this email that a little child waiting for her Mom to get on [webcam software] at 7, when no one even contacted Mom to arrange.
Your ref to my email fails. No reason to rely on your complianec.
This is a poor way for you to arrange contact with [daughter] and me.
When seh was with me, [daughter] and I used to drive out to the cape or panerra just to get internet service for [webcam software] with Dad.
YOu have internet in your house, And you fail at the contact.

[daughter] waited for an hour on Sunday for you to log into [webcam software].
Because of she spoke with you earlier that day, by your message below and being that Sunday [webcam software] is the status quo, we merely texted to see if you were available for [webcam software]. Long winded message was unnecessary.
I did get your reply text after 10 pm Sunday night however, [daughter] was long in bed as her bedtime is at 8PM and lights out by 8:30PM.
You do not get calls from [daughter] through out the day because we are typically out and about and no one is thinking of you, no offense. [daughter] knows that she may call at anytime but the schedule set is for a 7 pm contact and we have an alarm set accordingly, if you d not call us first.
During the school year especially, there are only a few hours in the evening which encompasses homework, study time, dinner time, chores, bath time, play time, tv time and snacks. We make sure to give [daughter] at least 15 - 20 minutes uninterrupted time to speak with you each week day allowing for an extended [webcam software] contact on Sundays. (This was stated to you via email and registered letter several times.)
Also if you are scheduling a return call or altering the schedule, you need to address that with me and not [daughter]. [daughter] did not inform me that she was to return the call until after she decided she was done waiting for you to sign on to [webcam software] at 8 pm and then it was said in passing.
Thanks.

After tonight, I will file in court, as you severely deny contact.
I get no calls from you throughout the day.
Why?
I have calls that overlap dinner.
Can you work to paln the call BEFORE dinner time as time starts at 9AM?
Please call me tonight with [daughter],
Please [webcam software] Sunday night at 7 pm , or as you text me time.
Please respond to my messages.
