I call  There is no answer.  If you answer, you say you can’t hear me.  Or, I can’t hear [daughter].

Therefor, please place the call to me as you have [daughter] and I will wait for her call everyday at 7pm, as you have indicated this ‘call schedule’ in the past.

On Sunday nights, I will wait for a phone call 

Let us keep things simple.  Phone call  You place it.  7pm. 

[webcam software] was a failure and has been many times.

It seems that web cam option increases the variables in preventing contact.

I am availabe anytime for [daughter].  I would stay on the webcam or phone with her most of the time she was offered to share with Mom. 

I look forward to calls from my child to me.  Please place the calls for her so she can depend on the contact.

Please look to updates via email from me as we see how this effort at call compliance goes.

P.S.  Please make the flight arrangements for December 2010 time share.  We will wait for your time and dates and we will pick [daughter] up in [town in other state] on or before 6:00PM on the day after school ends.  We will have her ready for you at 12:00PM on December 26th [town in other state], as [daughter]’s time share is done at that time.  Please let me know the Airline for pick up.  Please let me know where [daughter] will be picked up by you at the end of her time share with Mom.

The order states that you OR [daughter] may call

Due to our schedule, we may forget to call and if you are sitting by waiting, why is it that you can not telephone [daughter]?

Why is it that you believe the call will function better if I call vs your call?

Again, I have multiple calls with various people and [webcam software] sessions without issue.  Interesting that the same issues that I had in my contact with [daughter] previously are suddenly back and with a vengence after months of non issue.

I am not sure what you are attempting to say in regards to christmas. 

However, since you are staying with your Mother, perhaps your mother can forward the receipt for the summer.  Fax, scanned, email or regular USPS will suffice.  I keep asking and you are refusing to send the receipt.  Now matter if you sent it before, I do NOT have a copy of it and would like to eliminate at least one point of contention.
