Perhaps this is something that can be discussed at Dr. [home town therapist]’s office.

My wife answered the call three times with no one present on the other line.  [daughter] said she was speaking and the phone suddenly disconnected.  Apparently, it is you who fails at phone contact.  I will again point to the coincidence between your case building and the sudden phone issues.
