1.    Dad Denies copy of ‘his’ order- No copy of order attached.  Why? Let’s verify we have same order.
2.    Please make christmas plans- Also, go ahead and make the plans for christmas.  We will pick up and drop [daughter] off as you arrange it all.  Let us know the ticket price an we will pay our half.
We need to book in the next week or so to get her in due to holiday rush.
I await your final arrangements and flight confirmation, as we did for the Summer visit.
Don’ send me useless emails.  Just send the final plans for christmas.  It’s all in your hands.

You seem to reinterpret everything to suit your needs.
My order is the same as your order.  Your next visitation is scheduled for christmas.  If we had a smooth transition this summer and if you had intended to be present for the visitation scheduled, I would have been more willing to extend beyond the order. However, this is simply unhealthy and insane.  And like I stated, I will abide by the order as it stands unless it is amended one way or another.
[daughter] is safe.  [daughter] is relatively unharmed despite your best intentions.

Now, I must ask you please send me a copy of the ‘order’ under which you are operating.
Because I have to imagine it is different from the one in the courthouse since you claim compliance.
Please forward via digital file promptly.
Ammended order?  Do you have an ammended order?

Your dyspeptic emails and responses are very confusing.  One minute you are threatening me and the next you are thanking me for my “kind consideration.”

I think I was very clear:
I will abide by the order until it is amended one way or another.

Good night.

Thanks for your kind consideration of this time share request.
