[Custodial Dad]:
1. Was [daughter] seen by Lense Crafters for her glasses?
2. Did she NOT need glasses, s you have NOT let her have her prescribed glasses she came with?
3. Did you need a stronger prescription now that you did not give her her glasses for FIVE months?
3. Did you order frames that were comparable, or did you buy her a cheaper frame?
What was the cost of her frames- not prescription glasses in full- THE FRAMES ALONE?
4. Did you offer her the same frames she so loved- BULOVA KABUL -comfirmed by Costco - available EVERYWHERE- for $49.99. Available in 2-3 days to ANY provider fo glases you choose. Did you?
5. Is your replacement timely of glasses taken since MARCH 2010?
6. Is your replacement equalivalent to those furnished to child in JANUARY 2010.
Kindly,
[The Ex]

Do you really believe that her glasses will be better by a more expensive frame and she was able to choose a frame of her liking with in reason? Why is that relevant?
[daughter] is well provided for and your allegations that she is not is getting tiresome. Giving a child everything that they want does not make a better parent and by your present financial and living situation, it is clear that the lesson is foreign to you.
She has frames that are suited to a YOUTH and fitted to her face appropriately, she has glasses that are prescribed to her exact vision requirements. Also please not, she is ONLY to wear after reading doe a long time (long defined as three hours or more.) She is NOT to wear her glasses every time she reads and only to put them on when her eyes are tired.)
Please speak with the optometrist who stated that she probably needs a stronger prescription because she was wearing her reading glasses ALL the time instead of only in low light circumstances and after eye fatigue as was prescribed by Lens Crafters. It was also stated that because of the absolute symmetry of the prescription, it is probably muscular and with exercise, she probably will not need glasses in a year.
What is it that you say, “Hostility noted.”
