The charm bracelet was a gift from her brother [sibling] who purchased it with his own money. He will be thrilled she likes it so much. I was and still am intending to give [daughter] a picture of our family to her personally, thank you.

I am a bit taken aback by the “web  cam” idea because we have yet to have regular phone contact (last phone call was in July of 2006)  I appreciate the thought but will this web cam become my regular contact with [daughter] or will this be a one time treat for [daughter] and I? Also, I would need to purchase a system. (Time is the ONLY thought behind that statement)
As always, my only goal is to have regular meaningful contact with [daughter].  If your intention is to allow that through the web cam then I am all for it however if this is for show then I respectfully ask that you simply allow nightly phone calls to occur as that is both [daughter]’s and my wish. I wish you could understand how important it is to begin these calls. Again, we could send [daughter] a cell phone for her to use to call me. It’s a children’s cell phone with restricted use (Google: Firefly) if that is your fear.

 It is sad that we have to be in the midst of court for these minimal contacts to occur  but its clear by your refusal to allow [daughter] a minute or two on her birthday to speak with me that there is no other alternative (not to mention the six total phone calls in three years!) I wish you no ill will just simply that God opens your mind and your heart to the true importance and value in [daughter] having a genuine relationship with me.

Since the situation you have created does not allow me to, please tell her nightly (and more often) that I do miss and LOVE her
