My previous message was not responded to and I see that [daughter] has missed three days of school for lice. I am attaching my last message and including a new question:
[The Ex];
What treatment is [daughter] receiving for the lice? The CDC states that, “Children should be permitted to return to school or child-care after appropriate treatment is started.” http://www.cdc.gov/lice/head/parents.html I consulted with our local pediatrician and they stated that if a doctor did the treatment, it usually indicates a severe infestation/infection. Is that the case? With your nursing clinicals well underway, did you not feel you were equipped/qualified to handle [daughter]’s treatment? They also said, that a return after one round of treatment is standard. Is she absent because she is still in [city in other state] or because she is under care for lice?
[daughter]’s attendance record is also quite poor. She has missed six days and has four tardies this year alone. To put it into perspective, she has missed 6 out of 38 days (approximately 16% of school.) Her attendance at Noonan was not very good either. She had a total of 15 days absent with 60 days tardy in the 2007 - 2008 school year. Here in [home state], they bring the parents before the magistrate for poor attendance. I looked at [other state]a statute and there level is at 19 for the year. Is there a reason she is absent so much? Your emails indicated she is “very healthy.”
My emails are not being addressed nor responded to. I understand you are busy with school but [daughter] is my priority and
I would appreciate a response.

Seems to be a break down in communication. Clear concise questions as per [webcam software] conversation.
You stated in your text message that “[Doctor Friend in Other State] will trear hair for lice.” [Doctor Friend in Other State] called my home at an ugodly hour as “[daughter]’s physician.” Is he treating [daughter]’s hair as a doctor or friend? Do you frequently delegate the day to day care of [daughter] to others? [daughter] and you both spoke to [Step Mother] as well as me that [daughter] “loves cuddling in bed” with this doctor and his wife. Trying understand his relationship with my daughter.
You also stated that Miss [wife of Doctor Friend in Other State]] took [daughter] to [city in other state] on a school night while [daughter] is infected/infested with lice. Does [daughter] spend frequent nights away from home so that you may study?
You also sent a message at 3:34PM that [daughter] would be available to [webcam software] between 6 - 8PM. My request was simply that I was asking to initiate the contact that you requested this afternoon. Why did you request a [webcam software] chat when with her when specifically [daughter] was away?
You also said that you overheard [daughter]’s laughter and our conversation. How is [daughter] in [city in other state], when you are presumably at home and how is it that you are able to ‘overhear’ the conversation?
I figure it is easier to ask the questions again. Your message was riddled with errors and typos and I had no real clue what it is that you were trying to say. I understand that it is your priority to study but I am concerned about [daughter] as she missed another day of school for a trip to [city in other state] according to her and lice/[city in other state] according to you.
Will [daughter] be in school tomorrow?
