[The Ex];
This is the second call I have received from [The Ex’s Current Husband] upset concerning our daughter. Please have your husband refrain from contacting me directly in matters in which he neither has a say or legal recourse. If I must involve my attorney in order to gain an injunction to prevent further harassment, then I will do so. I am attempting to be polite towards him but this is getting ridiculous and childish. I have put him on notice and will be contacting [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] to ensure that I am being taken seriously.
I received three texts after I explicitly requested [The Ex’s Current Husband] to refrain from contacting me. This behavior can not continue as it is. [The Ex’s Current Husband] can not be gate keeper to our daughter’s life and I shouldn’t be required to jump through hopes of a man who has only known my daughter for three months.
[Custodial Dad] [last name]
