I got the certified receipt that you got the January packet.  Were you satisfied with the quality of the printing and the color copies? 

Were you able to decode the Sanford test scores in the packet and understand her Kinder and first grade report cards to date?

Please, let me know and I will have the school send any information as to grading to make those documents more comprehensible, if necessary.

1. I certainly appreciated the phone call on Tuesday night—Thank you.  My question was, what is her exact bed time, it seems to be quite flexible and I would like a more approximate time so that I could have called her back.

2. Yes, yesterday’s phone call was perfect.  I noted that she had a tendency to regress whenever you were physically present in the room.  Do you believe there may be a correlation to your obvious presence vs when you are otherwise occupied? We reviewed past calls and chats, there is a definite pattern present.  Of course I am not implying that you are the cause but its a known fact that in some instances the reluctance is due to some real or imagined loyalty. 

3. The catalogue is coming from American Girl directly.  Please have her call [Step Mother] directly when it comes in so they can discuss the plans regarding their tea party trip and this will allow [Step Mother] to place the order for the girls.

4. It would be great if you can forward me her new school information.  I would love to have a daily report from her teacher directly.  It would save me the cost of having [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] intervene on my behalf as he did so previously at her last school.

The call to you at 7:05 lasted until 7: 26 or so.  Even with the seconds of interruption when the phone fell then, I was happy to see that she stayed on for over 40 minutes on the second call

I told her she could call today as I had to put her to bed last night at end of the call
