Hello!!
What a pleasant Sunday morning we shared... As you could see, we were at my Mother’s house visiting her and my Grandmother for [sibling]’s Birthday. Glad we were able
to accommodate our schedule! Please, no need to differentiate between [sibling]’s Grandmothers and [daughter]’s Grandmother. My Mother and Grandmother already include
[daughter] as part of the family... and [sibling] calls [grandma], just plain Grandma too :o) I think it shows a level of inclusiveness as we are all just a large
family after all! I am including a picture of both my Mother and Grandmother (My Mom is in pink and my Grandmother is wearing glasses.)
The kids call my mother, “Mom” or “Grandmom” and they call my Grandmother, “Mom-Mom” or “GreatMom.” As [daughter] feels comfortable, she can call them either but I
find its best to introduce them as her siblings call them. Being as you call me the “Other Mom” I think it would fall right in line, don’t you agree?
Have a great week!!

Well its obvious that I am not the only one to do research... my question is how did you know I have Lupus? Most people do not know that I have Lupus save close
friends, family and of course my doctors. I do have my theories though :o) However, I will say that I am fortunate enough to be in remission for a few years and
healthy as I know many are not as lucky.
My Grandmother has severe Asthma and so do several cousins. My Grandmother always made a tea of fresh ginger and garlic with honey before bed, she has said it helps
her. I don’t know much about Asthma, sorry.
Clinical Rotations, sounds fascinating! What are you studying/working as? The medical field is indeed fascinating. As I’m sure you’re aware, I worked in the legal
field for a few years before becoming a Mom and I have to say I love being home much more than working. Between the custody of my son and your daughter, I think I get
my fill of the legal world :o)
I hear [daughter] is sick today... I hope she feels better.
Have a great day!

Hi, [Step Mother].
Hey, thanks for the details of your experience.
I try to do just that... putting the call through and
I let [daughter] know that Dad looks forward to this time...
Guess you’re right... that is all we can do at this time as Mothers.
Hope all is well.
[Step Mother], I’m getting the picture that you are a very thoughtful person
and that you research your practices well ...
if you don’t mind me asking... I am particularly interested in nutritional treatment for ailments (I have asthma). I understand you have lupus(please correct me if I
am wrong)... Would you kindly share how you manage it?... I would appreciate your approach and tips for others with lupus as I do patient education (I have clinical
rotations in the hospitals and clinics)...Thanks... Hope you don’t mind. Please let me know if you do. I understand boundaries... just thought I’d ask.
Will still send pictures- maybe you can video the photos and use them??? in the DVD? I am just getting good at that stuff. Shamefully, I call my college friends
and computer consult for tech help to this day!
Thanks, [Step Mother]!
God Bless.
