There has been no discussion or allowance for any true scheduled contact and [daughter] and I have not used the webcam in three weeks?!  
I did speak with Ms. [therapist in other state] and there was no indication from her to prohibit nor interfere with the status quo of webcam, as per her statement of wanting to “encourage” telephone contact without your undue influence.  [daughter] was doing so well with the schedule, reluctantly ending webcam sessions every Sunday and now we are dwindled down to no webcam and one call a week, if that?!
I do want to state to you that when this becomes court ordered, the courts will frown at you allowing [daughter] the choice in whether she “wants” to speak to me or not, as there are no sociological/psychological reasonings behind her not wanting to speak with me and a choice should never be offered to a child in this situation.  This should be akin to having [daughter] eat her vegetables or brush her teeth, a part of the daily routine.  It did seem like we were getting there prior to July 3rd.
As always, I am at your whim and await a response from you or contact from [daughter].
