I will be in [city in other state] again on November 19th as scheduled. I have set up to comply with your (highly unnecessary) demands to have a “supervisor present.” The same [Second visitation Supervisor] we met my last trip, has graciously agreed to attend the visit on the 19th after [daughter] is done with school. We will be happy to meet with you at the same mall again for the exchange.
Just as an FYI, you already have an envelope that I sent previously for information and now that it is mandated, please forward the envelope back to me at your earliest convenience as the envelope has been in your possession for several months now.
Thank you and I look forward to seeing [daughter] on the 19th.
