      I have sent you photos nearly daily and sometimes multiple times a day.  Please make an effort to download with the appropriate applications.  You stated that you have an “iPhone” so I’m hopeful you will find the correct technology to get the pics.  Let me know.  I can try to download as I have stated in text. 

As a kind note, I would appreciate photos of [daughter] with a quick click of the computer as I understand you have up -to-date computers with cameras at your house.  I would appreciate daily calls as ordered, with few missed calls, but at l[direction] text or photos on days you may fail to call because of kids schedule or such events.  It is rather easy with good phones and computers, as I  am able to enjoy these days.  Let me know how you can facilitate the contact schedule and send me [daughter]’s photos. You sent one picute via email in five months.  Let’s do better than that with the technology available to us.

As I have stated to you no less than five times this week: I CAN NOT RECEIVE PICTURE MESSAGES ON MY PHONE.  It is NOT a software issue, it is NOT about any downloads but my phone lacks the capability and the functionality of receiving pictures and video via text.  I am not even receiving a notice of a text and the only way I knew of the pictures was through your emails. 

[daughter] herself has sent many, many pictures to you over the past few months including her friend’s birthday party, her talent show, the school carnival, etc.  If you would prefer I send them directly, from that is fine but it certainly will not be every day. 

And since we are being kind and gracious... I will ask again, maybe you can send me photos of [daughter] 2005 through the early 2010 since I had no contact and very definitely no pictures until the summer of 2009.  I would love to see what [daughter] looked like in those transitional years.  Email will suffice but if you want to send actual pictures, that is fine too.
