Since both lawyers are involved and since [daughter] “suggested” a call on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 - 7 pm, I was expecting a phone call last night. I do hope all is well especially since she was sick yesterday!

I do very much appreciate the effort(s) you are making toward my speaking with [daughter], however I have not really had more then a few short minutes with her (other
then Sunday morning) since we have begun the “Daily Contact” perhaps your choice of time frame is off??
I did NOT speak with her at all this morning and last night you were having her “call back at 7pm”
Though you said she had the phone this morning I barely heard her “morning Daddy” and that seemed to be all; I can understand a 6 year old placing her tooth
brushing/morning rituals ahead of a phone-call...
However, I am of the understanding that a SET time when she is on the phone with me (again the length is NOT the importance, it is the very fact that it is a set time)
will be the conduit to allow her to want to call at other times to “fill-me-in” on her chit-chat stuff, she may remember something later on in the day and then is when
she would ‘think’ to call Da Da, however the seed MUST be planted and that is where regular scheduled calls work.(and we can be slightly flexible)
Please understand I miss her, and any contact is a heart soaring moment for me.... so can you please dial the phone later hand it to her and even if we hemm and hawww
and uhmmmm back and forth for a minute or two, at least I’ll have had some contact, I also think that a BED TIME daily-call may be better, this is what my Step-Son
[sibling] does with his Dad and it seems great, there are times where I know for a fact he uses the call to extend past his regulated bed time ;-)
So again, I do appreciate the effort you make, however a set time frame (an hour either way) and I see nothing but Roses from here!!
