Well, [Custodial Dad], let’s make a visit work so you can have even a short time with [daughter] if that is all you have.  Unless you can extend your departure time to allow for a visit.  If schedule does not allow, changing phone time is fine.

I can bring her to the airport before you leave if you can help to set up a supervisor.

Please advise if this helps at all
Kindly

My flight schedules are such that I probably won’t be able to see [daughter]
All I was hoping was to move the scheduled time for phone call from 7 to 6:30

Hi, [Custodial Dad].
To my best knowledge, you are scheduled to be in court in [town in other state] on Wednesday.
I have no knowledge of your plans to visit with [daughter] on Tuesday or Wednesday,
though I was advised by my attorney’s ofice that you were making arrangements to see [daughter] on your time here in [town in other state].
I have called [Second visitation Supervisor], LCSW, who has supervised visits for us before in [other state], and have yet to hear of any place and time fo [daughter] to visit with you.
Please advise me of the location, dates and times so I may have [daughter] available and prepared.
Please confirm details with me via this email address tonight.
Thank you.
Kindly,
[The Ex] [last name]

Thank you for trying but a visit just won’t work this time as long as the phone call can be set for the earlier time that would be great, thanks.
I attached a few photos [daughter] had asked for some and I haven’t had a chance to develop any
