Hi, [Custodial Dad].
      Sent you  a request on [webcam software] to please set up for Friday as [daughter] has been at home for calls palying “Wii” games, doing chores, and watching TV when she has been on the phone with me.
      Why not set up [webcam software] for tonight, Friday- everyday, at least that you have agreed to let [daughter] call Mom?

I am available anyday or everyday.  Simply send a text to me and say you are ready to [webcam software] tonight and I will respond.
Can you please put [daughter] on to [webcam software] with Mom at least the Sunday, Monday, Wed, Friday call slots you have set for  phone calls?
Also, to comply with the very limited contact [daughter] has been given with Mom, can you please verify that the [other state] order specifies what you have interpreted and not what every attorney I have consulted has read as the “daily phone call” order?
Please make a revised contact schedule that works for [daughter] and her family there and send to me so I can work with it to give [daughter] the opportunity to contact Mom as ordered.
I beg you , please put any of your feeling aside about me or anything else and
to please allow her the time she was awarded to be in contact with Mom.  [daughter] deserves that follow-through and you are the parent who can make that happen.

Please.  Please.  Please, Dad.  Work to improve contact.
Respectfully,
[The Ex]

      Sorry, message sent without completing it.

First, [daughter] is not supposed to be doing anything except speaking to you.  I will be sure to correct her to allow you to have her undivided attention. I am hardly in the room when she is on the phone so thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Second, we can not always accomodate [webcam software] as computers are not always available but we do have cell phones almost always. We will start Sunday @ 7pm and work from there. We will ensure she has a phone on hand in case of technical difficulties on your end.

Lastly, again I will direct you to Dr. [therapist home state]. I have no hard feelings/ill will toward you nor is the schedule in anyway punitive.

As an aside, you keep insisting that you are texting me and I have not recieved a text in weeks from you nor any numbers associated with you. I suggest you check the number or defer to email messages to ensure I am receiving your messages.

Take Care;
[Custodial Dad]
