Dear [The Ex]:
My last two emails were not responded to and to avoid any confusion, I thought it would be best to contact you in writing. It appears as though your two cell phone numbers are not in service and due to your lack of response via email, I assume you no longer have access to those email accounts.
I am requesting an updated phone number and physical address for [daughter]. I would like to send [daughter] more post cards etc to her “home” mailbox since [daughter] stated, you rarely visit your Grandmother. I am also requesting a continuation of mailings per the court order.
Just to quickly touch on the [webcam software]/Phone call on Sunday. As you are aware, I do record the conversations and [webcam software] chats. [daughter] was undeniably upset when I stated that I had spoken to her school by her statement to you that I “called the school. He spoke to my teacher?” and by your question as to why she was “making that face.” Is there a reason she would be so upset by my involvement?
Since [daughter] left, I have not spoken to her for more than five minutes. Between [friends in other state], your going places and you telling [daughter] to end the [webcam software] session and phone conversations early, I am left with little contact and very definitely no meaningful contact. I am not sure if you are even aware of this and thought I would bring it to your attention so that you may rectify the situation.
My contact information remains the same, please respond (in writing) by which manner you find most appropriate.

You also called me back a number of times tonight at about 730pm, September 13th.

Which of the four borrowed telephones are you claiming is [daughter]’s contact phone number? Your cell phones are out of service and I do not have a number by which to reach [daughter]. Your friend explained that this evenings calls were placed to HER phone and not any number that I could possibly use to reach [daughter]. Your recent numbers all come up as BLOCKED.
The only address I have is [street address in other state] [third state] and per your testimony, you do not reside there. I did not take nearly as good of notes as you did during the hearing and did not think to write it down. Please provide me with [daughter]’s home address.
I tried contacting all of your SEVEN profiles this evening. I am attaching the call log for this evening from the home account. I also texted all of your known screen names, cell phones, searched through all names and called each account listed at least twice through BOTH [userid webcam] and the[last name]. I have a log through my personal pc ([userid webcam]) as well. I will, of course, have all logs for trial and would suggest you do the same.
The agreed upon time, stipulated by and through your lawyer, was for a bedtime chat in which [daughter] can have undisturbed time with me. That has not occurred since before she left to come visit due to a “surprise’ scooter, a puppy dog, your friends tickling [daughter], [friends in other state], [friends in other state]’s bunny, your statements to [daughter] to end the call and the list goes on and on. All verified through call logs/recordings, [webcam software] calls/videos and text messages.
To save you the time, here is a link to some free WiFi spots in your general vicinity: http://www.openwifispots.com/Finder[other state] Prior to [daughter]’s visit, you were able to secure wifi for undisturbed HOURS on line. Care to explain the drastic change in circumstances?
Your outburst was not only recorded but also the fact that you hung up several times during the evening was duly noted. I have been doing my best to remain calm in face of your constant hysteria and it was blatantly obvious that you had no intention of logging in to [webcam software]. All I wanted to do was to hear from my daughter. When she was in my care, we contacted you every night (whether or not you returned her calls) and ensured that she was able to have undisturbed time with you. It is clear that you have no intention of doing the same.
Please make a better effort of ensuring you have a connection to [webcam software] and that [daughter] is somewhere that she is not tempted and lured with distractions.
