Just recieved Judge [Other State Judge]’s order and I would greatly appreciate the contact information for [daughter]’s medical and dental providers.

Did you recieve the temporary [insurance company] card I sent last week?

Also, [daughter] requested Very Vanilla Soy Milk, any other dietary restrictions I should be aware of? Are there any tidbits you would like to share to make this transistion as smooth as possible for [daughter]?
