Hi, [Custodial Dad].
Please my previous e-mail.
Glad to accommodate your request.
However, this proposal your would like confirmed conflicts with [daughter]’s school responsibilities and my ability to get her to you on schedule.
1.[resturant] is closer to allow me to get her there fastest to have more time with you; 5PM-7PM. You may call me at 3:30PM on 11/19 and text me and I can see if there is a possibility to get her to you and [Second visitation Supervisor] earlier than 5PM.
2. AM breakfast on 11/20 is too late at 7AM. Please give another proposal Please give confirmation of [Second visitation Supervisor]’s attendance.
3. Please, supply [Second visitation Supervisor]’s contact information so I may make these arrangements more efficiently.
Thanks for working with me for a successful visit with [daughter]. Please see below.
Here is my latest email to you yesterday AM which I have pasted for efficient reference. Here it is:

Hi, [Custodial Dad].
To best accommodate [Second visitation Supervisor]’s availability on 11/19/08 and your stay in [town in other state], the best that I can do is the following:
Adjusted visit arrangements could be:
A. Time 5PM-6PM with [Second visitation Supervisor] and 6PM -7PM with another qualified supervisor approved by [Ex’s first other state lawyer].
1. [daughter] is available between 5PM and 7PM as 11/19/08 is a school night.
2. Since your latest expeced time is 4PM, it seems reliable to start at 5PM to allow for a successful visit time.
3. 7PM end time allows for travel home and bath/ bedtime routiene.
1.[daughter] will need to have dinner.
2.Dinner can be accomodated at the covered dining space near the kids play area.
3. I can bring something for her to eat or you are welcome to provide a meal she will enjoy.
4. We can travel to and from that location with ease to allow more time for your visit.
C. Please send me the possible time and supervisor for 11/20/08. I am happy to work with you to make the best of your time spent here with [daughter].
Thanks, [Custodial Dad].
Kindly,
[The Ex]

Subject: Visitation on the 19th
[The Ex]
This letter is to determine the best possible time(s) for my visitation on the 19th.
[Second visitation Supervisor] has graciously accepted to be (your requested) supervisor again ... however her available time is pre 6PM and I am busy until about 3/3:30 but no later then 4PM that day. I was told there is a Bowling Alley near the Baseball Stadium and that can be our meet up area.
Breakfast the next morning would be very possible as well as long as it does not interrupt [daughter]s’ school day

* I will be in [city in other state] again on November 19th as scheduled. I have set up to comply with your (highly unnecessary) demands to have a “supervisor present.” The same [Second visitation Supervisor] we met my last trip, has graciously agreed to attend the visit on the 19th after [daughter] is done with school. We will be happy to meet with you at the same mall again for the exchange.
>
* Just as an FYI, you already have an envelope that I sent previously for information and now that it is mandated, please forward the envelope back to me at your earliest convenience as the envelope has been in your possession for several months now.
>
* Thank you and I look forward to seeing [daughter] on the 19th.
