Hey, [Custodial Dad].
We both know you denied the requests.
We also know that only two people could have claimed [daughter] in 2009.  You or me.
Well I could not claim her.  Not that I even needed to...
So that means you did...
Just tell me... I won’t see your numbers... just let me know.
Or else YOU and I should file TAX FRAUD on SOMEBODY oout there who FILED for OUR daughter?!

Did you or [spelled incorrectly Step Mother] claim [daughter] X [last name] for 2009 income tax?

Did you send a formal request through the attorney? It was answered through [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer].

You can’t make formal demands and then turn around and demand the information from me.

I’m sure I posed questions to you this evening, are you the only one entitled to answers?
