[The Ex];
To note:
A. I still do not have a phone number for [daughter]. I am sure she has a home phone, may I have that number so that I am not calling around through the twelve different numbers that I have? Or perhaps, you can allow her to use her cell phone that I purchased for her?
B. On tonight’s [webcam software] session, it was recorded of course and included [The Ex’s Current Husband] telling [daughter], “... not to be long.” The session is alloted for not more than 30 minutes however it was discussed that the session would be allowed to be at [daughter]’s discretion and not the discretion of your latest husband. Please refrain from having [The Ex’s Current Husband] limit my contact with my daughter.
My hope is that once the order is, we can have an amicable relationship attempting to raise our daughter in a mutually respectful relationship free from litigation.... however, if this continues I will have no choice but to litigate this matter further forcing your hand in removing [The Ex’s Current Husband] from interfering in [daughter]’s and my relationship. I know that you will do the right thing.
Thank you;
[Custodial Dad] [last name]
