1.Proposed Visit Schedule:

Place:  [daughter] will meet you at [resturant] at the [mall] Town Center in [town in other state] for your visit.

Date: Wednesday, November 19^th Time: 5PM- 7PM

2.I am glad [Second visitation Supervisor] will be available for the visit.  Please confirm the time with me and I will drop [daughter] to [Second visitation Supervisor] at the agreed upon time.

3.    Will you be providing dinner for [daughter]?  I can make arrangements for her to be fed beforehand, if need be.
