[Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] this is the correspondence that I had with [The Ex] this morning. This does not sound sane and I am worried about [daughter]’s safety. What can be immediately to ensure [daughter] is not harmed in some way. Will be calling your office to discus ASAP.

Firstly, you have been notified to NOT USE this professional email account.
Secondly, you are fabricating this data on contact with [daughter]. As I texted you.. call her school, her doctor. She is well and happy, as always.
Finally, cease use of this account, as I am advised to forward this firm request to [The Ex’s school] University Communiation, to start.

It is now 20 days with no contact and if you have phone records to prove otherwise, please provide them ASAP as my attorney has proceeded with a request for hearing with Judge [Other State Judge] due to your insane texts and lack of contact. My records have been provided to show no incoming calls from the multiple and various phone numbers associated with you.
I have no other means of communication with you and will contact you by whatever means necessary to facilitate communication with my daughter. Lastly, unless you are employed by [The Ex’s school] college, this is not a “professional email address.”
Please have your attorney contact [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] as this behavior is simply inexcuseable and unacceptable.
