So... let’s see... Oh, yeah... your old formula...
You didn’t pay because I didn’t give you the bill.
Uh- huh. My fault. You are not responsible, as always.
Oh, you got the screen shot... when was that sent?
And now... What is this I hear?..... You can’t figure out the total you owe... It is NOT $300.
Hilarious. Sad. Delinquent. Contempt.
Wasting my time.

PLEASE SEND THE RECEIPT and I will PROMPTLY pay you.
You are sounding angry but I am more than willing to pay for [daughter]’s flight. In all of the flurry of emails, you have failed at every last one to send the receipt. Silly when we can resolve at least one matter swiftly when you fail to simply provide proof of purchase. Stating “about $300” will not suffice. Please simply email, mail, fax me a receipt. Monies are set aside for this. The screen shot I have has NO TOTAL.

So if your curious... and SO INNOCENT... FILE...have at it.

For now, I would suggest you address the issues in email at hand. In the time you take to write your FAKE challenges- you would GET A JOB to PAY me the flight money.

For the record, we couldn’t locate any formal allegations from you... maybe you could point me to a ‘citation’, filing or some other official document. You made the first allegations, to my knowledge to the mediator and then to Dr. [Court Appointed Psychologist] but I was unaware of these allegations previously. I’d like to see what you have allegedly documented previously as neither [Custodial Dad’s home state lawyer] nor [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] found anything official in ANY jurisdiction and when asked to your respective attorney’s, they produced no documentation either. As your allegations have been formally dismissed through both Dr. [Court Appointed Psychologist] and Judge [Other State Judge], my inquiry is simply curiosity.
Thanks so much!

[daughter] does not watch nor listen to Lady Gaga in my home nor in any of our vehicles. I make no presumptions on what you do or do not do with [daughter] but provided a link to assist you in keeping [daughter]’s music more age appropriate. I would prefer she not dress as someone who wears see through clothing and is hyper-sexualized to state it mildly. Even if she has not witnessed this behavior, it is important that she understand we do not condone such behavior. Fact is, she will be exposed to his soon enough and the understanding should be there hopefully before exposure.
By your past allegations, I am surprised you are raising such an issue with my trying to keep [daughter] from advancing too far a head of her maturity level.

[the ex];
Is it your statement that she does not listen to her music or view Lady Gaga’s videos? I am concerned where [daughter] may have heard her music or was able to dress up as such a controversial figure. That is my only concern as her music and certainly her videos are not age appropriate for any 8 year old girl. I would kindly suggest that music be limited to Radio Disney and do not allow her to view music videos that are geared for a more mature audience. Here is a link that will hopefully assist you in ensuring [daughter] is listening to age appropriate music.

The issue isn’t software, my phone does not accept pictures as I have addressed with you several times over the past few years. If you wish for me to view any pictures, feel free to email them to me directly. And as explained to you previously, you can simply text a photo to my email address ([Custodial Dad’s home email]@[email].com) Simply input my email address in the field where you may normally input a cell phone number.
I addressed the glasses several times, please review those for any additional questions you may have.
I am not playing this “did to; did not” game with [daughter]’s clothing again with you, which is why I am not addressing this issue further. [daughter] was and will be completely prepared for school. If you wish to compliment her wardrobe with items that are appropriate for school or her play/weekend clothing, you are more than welcomed to do so. I have neither the time nor inclination to itemize [daughter]’s wardrobe but suffice to say, as last semester, [daughter] will have all that she requires for school and play.

What action would you like me to take?
[daughter] put her ponytail to the side and put blue glitter streak in her hair- to her “Lady Gaga.” She was wearing one of her many ball gowns that are “Cinerrella” gowns.
I even sent you a photo- one of many daily.
Please see if you can find an application to download the photos and readress your concerns.
Why not address her glasses being missing since March?
Why not address her status of uniforms for school in two weeks?

[The Ex];
While I appreciate that [daughter] is on “vacation” with you, I must object to her fantasy role playing a character such as “Lady Gaga.” I believe the maturity level is best suited for a girl in her late teens and not an 8 year old girl. If you would kindly refrain from encouraging that sort of behavior, I would be most grateful. [daughter] has free access to more age appropriate music such as Radio Disney, Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers and Justin Beiber (even though she doesn’t appreciate him.)
Thank you for your swift attention to this matter;

Not a single answer from you.... receipt? Oh yes, you are still refusing to send it. Correct it is uphill... sounds as if the only recourse is communication through attorneys.
Will await [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] and [Ex’s fourth other state lawyer]’s communication to end this nonsense.
Good night.
