Hope all is well.

1. In addition to last night’s web cam session, [daughter] can be available for web-cam tonight, Monday, 11.03.08 at 7:30PM with “Goodbyes” by 8:00PM to be considerate to her bedtime.

2. This is an offer for an additional session that was not scheduled at mediation, but she has much to share from Halloween.

3. I did not overhear her telling her Holiday stories to you last night, so you are welcome to cam with her this evening.

4. Let me know if you can be available tonight.  

5.Communication by 5PM today by text or via e-mail is sufficient. 

6.This allows me for me to let her know she will see you all again tonight!

Please refer to your agreement:   I understand that webCam time is 7:15Pm Sundays, as per your request.  You stated a 7:30PM cam time.

That is not in my copy of the agreement.  Please, let me know what your copy of the agreement states.

My call to you was at 7:ooPM to verify your access to webcam as [daughter] and I prepared for her 7:15 PM time with “Dad.”

Though she was still in view and talking- mostly greetings- we did not get an acceptance to my video viewing offer for you to see her.

Technical glitches can be ironed out.  Let’s set up at 7PM- if you can - next week so the 7:15PM call can be with video on both sides.

[daughter] smiled to see Nora and you on cam :)
