[The Ex];
I would suggest you find away for [daughter] to be on [webcam software] on Sunday. Last Sunday, you were DRIving while [daughter] and I were scheduled to be on [webcam software]. This is the time slot you chose and until Judge [Other State Judge] alters the days/times etc, you are bound by the mediated agreement which was signed into Order Your continuous disregard for the order will be addressed on June 29. I would prefer to speak with [daughter] but by your show of disregard to the courts, you are proving my case for me. You have no idea how much you stand to lose by ignoring Judge [Other State Judge]’s order.
I will not be on [webcam software] tonight as it is not feasible. I will insist that you refrain from setting [daughter] up by telling her I will be on this evening when I am being clear saying that I will NOT be on. Please do not play games with [daughter]’s emotions as you did on May 13th telling her I CHOSE not to see her when I expressly stated that I did not have the opportunity to do so.
Your last statement of working to accommodate my “changes” is ludicrous. I will direct you to February 8, 2009, when I stated to you WEEKS in advance that I was away and unable to [webcam software]. You ignored, disregarded and allowed [daughter] to be set up for disappointment. Again, I will be [webcam software] this Sunday at 7:15 PM. If you choose to disregard the court order - that is the gamble that you are taking. The previous FOUR times that I have agreed to alternate times due to your schedule, you have disregarded any agreed upon time and we missed the weeks [webcam software] session. I keep an accurate log of these incidences and will suggest you do the same.
I will see [daughter] online Sunday.
