The second week of [webcam software] again was unsuccessful. [The Ex] and her “gentleman friend” were setting up [webcam software] at 7:40 PM despite my reminder text message at 7:03 PM. There were several calls from [The Ex] beginning at 7:38 PM; leading up to her finally “asking” [daughter] to speak with me at about 7:50 as her “friend” was leaving unable to help with [webcam software]. There was no attempt at her even logging on as she remained offline the entire time the order dictates for my contact with [daughter].
My feeling was that [daughter] wanted the video aspect and wouldn’t budge enough from whatever she was engaged in to speak on the phone, her words to me were that of a two year old “I say bye-bye” and the phone line went dead. This is not leaving me with a very good feeling. Each call and [webcam software] since the inception of the order has failed miserably. [The Ex] made mention that her calls were to “document contact.” I have no interest in documenting anything, I just want to speak with my daughter.
