It is now 50 minutes past the scheduled contact with [daughter].  We have altered our entire Summer to allow for this particular time and not only are you not respecting the time but you are not acknowledging the schedule at all as of late.  There was no email to state that [daughter] would not be present this morning and I am quite disappointed, if that means anything to you.

If you are waiting for my authorization to have Ms. [therapist in other state] intervene on the behalf of [daughter]; please answer my questions as my authorization is signed and ready to go.  [insurance company] is also poised to reimburse the claims at 70%. 

Bear in mind, my contact with [daughter] should not be hinged on this fact as the order states specifically “Liberal phone contact” with no mention of supervision or restriction, despite your impositions of such.

When my daughter is awake please have her call me...  I will have [webcam software] on only until 9 am this morning.
