Hello, [Custodial Dad] and Mrs. [last name].

Hope all is well.

Please inform: Did you set up another e-mail account for me to use for [daughter] to web cam?

Since you saw [daughter] last week through [email] messenger,

I will again use [the ex email]@[email].com.

I am at the computer and will check my email before 8AM.

Please send any updates.

Thanks for your kind cooperation.

We will see you all at 8!

I know you stayed on as long as you could last week.

Today, we’ll try for early mass to keep [daughter]’s activities on schedule.

I will give her the option of web cam for Saturday and Sunday of next week.

Let me know time for possible Saturday.

We can try to do both days this week.

God Bless.

Hi, Mrs. [last name].

Thanks for all your help.

 Much appreciated.

I’m glad for your technical skills.

We are using the basic [email] messenger available through my [email] account, [the ex email]@[email].com.

I will gladly do a trial run.

How is Friday evening-late?  Please text me to confirm [XXX] [XXX]-4665.

[daughter] did want to see all of you guys on the computer.

I do not mind if you want to set up an account for me to access with [daughter] to facilitate

web cam.

Please, let me know what you think is best.

God Bless.

Hello All!  Please forgive the intrusion—As I am the one to set up webcam contacts on the [last name] end, I wanted everyone to ensure I am taking any and all steps to prohibit any technical failure this coming Sunday(?)
I spoke with [email] this morning and they were able to confirm that the webcam is able to be viewed from the Mac (our web cam compatible computer) via any computer running [email].  They assured me that this is not a Mac vs PC compatibility issue.  Secondly, I was able to call on a few helpful friends and they too confirmed that they are able to view the web cam via [email] utilizing the same software/hardware that [daughter]’s computer appears to be using.
[The Ex], I believe the problem in on your end :(  I took several real time snapshots of both the Mac and our PC laptop and both confirmed that you were “viewing” the webcam.  It appears as though you may have a pop-up blocker inhibiting view of the additional window.  I would kindly suggest you confirm the ability to view webcam prior to Sunday (both [daughter] and [Custodial Dad] appeared to be highly disappointed.)
One issue is that Voice chat over [email] is non-existent for the Mac.  [email] was unable to speculate when voice chat would become available.  I did research several other conferencing softwares however, that would require purchasing two independent editions for both computers.  If both parties agree, I would be thrilled to facilitate this further by researching and acquiring a problem free voice/video conferencing software!  [The Ex], specifically, what are you running?  I was able to “ping” you and identify certain aspects of your system specifications but I find its easier to just ask!
Enjoy the day!

[The Ex],

Please know that whatever contact you are allowing is much appreciated, I am still very willing to send [daughter] her own cell phone; it has limited use/contact features and no keypad for her safety. This would allow she and I to speak daily and ANYTIME especially since it would be linked to my ‘Family Plan’ and would be completely at my expense.

Webcam contact Monday through Friday before bedtime is probably best.  I would guess that after 7pm closer to 8pm is easiest, this allows [daughter] time to prepare for bed and won’t interfere with her brothers’ and sister’s schedules.

Sunday morning at 8 am is a bit cumbersome as it appears to interfere with [daughter]’s schedule causing a press for time.  Weekend contact would be more mutually convenient in the later evening as well.  However, if Sunday contact needs to remain at 8 am, I would be completely understanding; however Saturday at 8 am will not work at all.

Please feel free to call [Step Mother] by her given name.  It just seems absurd that since you know her name that you are calling her by “Mrs. [last name].” .
