Per [daughter]’s request on Friday and your call on Sunday, I ordered [daughter]’s cell phone. The phone should be expected in one to two weeks - being delivered to
the [other state address] address.
As I have stated to you previously, it is Firefly phone with limited usage. She may only call numbers that is entered as it is password protected. I will enter all
the phone numbers for her to use. If you have any requests for entries , please do so now. I will input your cell phone number, her Grandfather’s phone number (if
that is the same.) I will also input my cell and home number, [Step Mother]’s cell number, [sibling]’s cell number, her Grandmother’s cell and home number.
As long as she is using the numbers inputed into the phone, the bill associated with this phone will be covered 100% by me. However, this phone is to be used STRICTLY
to enable uninhibited/uninterrupted contact between [daughter] and her family. It is not to be used to call friends nor will I pay for such usages above and beyond
what is prescribed for. Also, it is not covered by insurance so please make every effort that she does not lose nor damage the phone.
[Custodial Dad] and [Step Mother] plus all of our [siblings]’s

Sure [daughter] will appreciate the phone.
Can’t ensure no damage, as she is 6. So if it breaks, you can make a decision then to replace or not.
Thanks for your generosity.

I was hoping that you would have the inclination to ensure its safety by stressing to [daughter] that it is not a toy and/or keeping it safe but readily-available for
her to use. We have successfully done so with [sibling]’s cell phone and he received it at the same age [daughter] is getting hers.
Also, there is no such thing as “generosity” when it comes to our daughter or A[other state] of my children as-a-[Ex’s fourth other state lawyer]er-of-fact... as
their father I will do my utmost to ensure their needs are provided for and an ease-of-communication is something I consider as a ‘need’ (thus [sibling] and [daughter]
having access to parent based cell phones)

Are you still having technical difficulties with the cell phone?
I sent you the ‘On/Off’ instructions and I know that I inserted written instructions for the phone... it is a fairly standard ‘On/Off’ ask any kid they’ll tell you how

[The Ex];
At your insistence of having a cam session at 6 am, there are three Sundays to note where she was fast asleep during our typical 8 am session. I was excepting a I am
more than disappointed that you scheduled it at 6 am and that you did not have the wherewithal to know that she would be asleep, furthermore ignoring my request that
she call me later today. I find it very curious that you heard the entire session except when I asked if [daughter] would have her cell phone... While I may have
suggested it, you did request it and she has used it twice that I am aware of since its receipt.
I hope [daughter] has a wonderful Forth of July. Please, please find time to allow her to make up this missed Sunday cam session as we are missing it due to YOUR
schedule and your make up session times have not worked out thus far.
Thanks
X
