[The Ex],
We were, as always, logged in at 6:30 as you are on at different times each night... Our logs show that we were not only logged in but chatting online at, during and after the scheduled time.
I am and have been in agreement with you. I even went so far as to have a session with the person of YOUR chosing despite your failure to comply with submitting your agreement/authorization to Ms. [therapist in other state]. My authorization will be forthcoming to whom and whenever you take [daughter] to seek the help that you and I agree she needs.
I am always here for [daughter] and will do my best to assist her in anway that you choose to allow me to, that is, until the courts interject on my behalf.

Hi, Dad.
Connected at the scheduled time tonight.
However,as you heard, [daughter] was pleading and crying not to talk to you tonight via phone or web.
(This is the same issue for which I suggested a certified professional provide solutions to enable and set up success.
The issues from the summer remain despite the scheduled sessions to phone and web cam;
[daughter] and your relationship may need a bridge to allow her to want to communicate with you.
Please consider the option at my pleading, again.
Allowing her the time to change her mind, I have been trying to connect to you since [webcam software] is tonight.
You are not on.
I will continue to try for another 15 minutes.
Just thought I’d send this in case you were checking email.
Thanks.
God Bless.

I will not argue with you in regards to the [webcam software] fiasco. I have neither the time nor patience to deal with that or you in regards to that matter.
It is apparent that you will do whatever it is you wish so please proceed at your own discretion. As you and your former attorney are aware, [daughter] has [insurance company]. As [daughter]’s mother you have, as you have always had, access to her health insurance information. I have attempted to explain to you without success, please call them directly using her social security number as ID.
I believe any other argreements can and will be made through Judge [Other State Judge] in regards to further evaluations and mental help for whomever requires such care.
I will remain on the temporary schedule set forth with or without your compliance.
