Hi, [Custodial Dad].
I sent this yesterday morning. Please respond.
This is the second request for Mother s Day, Saturday and Sunday.
In fact, with your written permission to all those involved,  I can make coordination easier by picking [daughter] up on Friday after school from the school and return her to you on Sunday at six pm.
How does that work for [daughter] and your family?
Let me kn
ow via email.
Thanks.

Subject: [daughter] with Momma for Sat and Sunday Mother s Day overnight

Hi, [Custodial Dad].
Can we agree on [daughter] spending Mother s Day holiday with me? I can pick [daughter] up from [home state] on Saturday, May eight at noon and return her to you at six in the afternoon on Sunday, May ninth so we can have Mother s Day weekend together. At no costs to you, I can have time with her in [third state] at [street] Street in [community] at Granny s home. Please let me know.
Thanks for your kind consideration.

I thought I was very clear the several times that I previously addressed this situation... I did say one of the reasons was due to her school absence record but you are again ignoring the remainder of the message in my replies.

My answer is no based on the facts:

[daughter] is still in the process of adjusting to life here.

You are still telling [daughter] very inappropriate things about me and my family.

You are still full of contempt and hatred that is exposed even when you are in conversation with [daughter], let alone the messages and voice mails you are leaving for me directly.

I am unsure how well [daughter] will transition back to you and would like to use this summer’s visitation as a gauge for increasing the amount of contact above and beyond the order.

To be completely clear... WE WILL PROCEED AS SET FORTH IN THE ORDER AND IF THE SUMMER GOES WELL, WE WILL MUTUALLY DECIDE UPON INCREASING PHYSICAL VISITATION BETWEEN YOU AND [DAUGHTER], HOWEVER WE WILL RESERVE JUDGEMENT UNTIL AFTER AUGUST 15TH BEFORE AGREEING  TO ALTER THE EXISTING AGREEMENT.

Again, I will not address this matter further with you as it is becoming not only redundant but inane and ridiculous.

Have a good day.
