[Custodial Dad],

Do you not have phone records, emails or texts to show that you tried to contact me?  Or are you refusing to communicate with me about your actions in picking [daughter] up.  What does it mean that the trial is over?  Please send documents as I have already requested about contact efforts about you picking [daughter] up on March third. I d like to understand and prevent a like event in the future involving technological failures in phone, email and text.

I do have phone records to prove I attempted to contact you, no one ever said I emailed you.  My phone records will indeed show that I called you PRIOR to even arranging my flight... but what will this solve?  What will that do to help [daughter]?  Will that cause you to become rational and move on or will this add more fuel to your fire of perceived persecution? I have no time nor desire to provide you with anything that does not benefit my daughter.

Trial is over... there will be no further need to provide evidence to the courts on the basis of maintaing or altering custody... thus trial is over.  Move on... I certainly have.  My only goal is fostering a ‘healthy’ relationship between [daughter] and you (and her extended family.)

As for future “technological failures” if you review the past month prior to [daughter] coming into my care, you will see dozens of unanswered calls and texts.  Further, there are still at least a half dozen unanswered/unacknowledged emails that I have sent since [daughter] has moved home.  That day just seemed like par for the course.  You, yourself, stated that you do not always view, answer or even read my emails... Not sure what I can do you to cause you to read what is in front of you but my attempts are there.

I will not address this further as I am sure you have better things to do with your time then harp on the past... I sure have much better things to expend and devote my energy and time to.
