I was able to record a portion o our conversation with [daughter] this evening—she stated that, “Mommy did not want to drive to the restaurant” to log on to [webcam software] and we also had your statement of “Hurry and finish up.”
I am glad that we were able to document such a blatant disregard of your mediated agreement.
See you in mediation tomorrow morning.

PS Using three envelopes for 8 sheets of poorly photocopied school work is absurd.  Since you are being wasteful, I will not be mailing anymore mailing supplies as the content is blatantly obscure and clearly not in agreement. We will all, however will continue to send her post cards whether you give them to her or not.

Hi, Dad.
Connected at the scheduled time tonight.
However,as you heard, [daughter] was pleading and crying not to talk to you tonight via phone or web.

(This is the same issue for which I suggested a certified professional provide solutions to enable and set up success.
The issues from the summer remain despite the scheduled sessions to phone and web cam;
[daughter] and your relationship may need a bridge to allow her to want to communicate with you.
Please consider the option at my pleading, again.
Allowing her the time to change her mind, I have been trying to connect to you since [webcam software] is tonight.
You are not on.
I will continue to try for another 15 minutes.
Just thought I’d send this in case you were checking email.

Thanks.
God Bless.
[The Ex]

      [The Ex],
We were, as always, logged in at 6:30 as you are on at different times each night... Our logs show that we were not only logged in but chatting online at, during and after the scheduled time.

I am and have been in agreement with you.  I even went so far as to have a session with the person of YOUR chosing despite your failure to comply with submitting your agreement/authorization to Ms. [therapist in other state].  My authorization will be forthcoming to whom and whenever you take [daughter] to seek the help that you and I agree she needs.

I am always here for [daughter] and will do my best to assist her in anway that you choose to allow me to, that is, until the courts interject on my behalf.
